Basketball Recap: Sidney Snaps Three-Game Streak of Losses on the Road

Wayne typically has all the answers at home, but on Monday Sidney proved too difficult a challenge. They came out on top against the Wayne Blue Devils by a score of 62-50.

Wayne lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Gavin Redden, who posted 13 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Colson Nelsen, who put up ten points.

Sidney's victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 18-8. As for Wayne, their loss was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 4-1 and their overall record down to 21-6.
