Knoxville Central won the last time they faced Powell and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Bobcats came out on top against the Panthers by a score of 3-1.

Knoxville Central was especially dominant in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 27-25, 25-14, 23-25, 25-20.

Ally Bryant paced Knoxville Central's offense, picking up 19 kills. Bryant got some help from Pyper Clevinger and her 25 assists. Clevinger was also solid from the service line: she led the team with six aces.

Knoxville Central's victory bumped their record up to 16-7. As for Powell, their loss ended a five-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 13-10.
