The El Dorado Hills school scored 34 points in the second quarter on the way to a win. The Trojans scored on a touchdown run by Wellman, a Wellman touchdown run, a touchdown run by Wellman, a touchdown pass by Book to Priest and an Book touchdown pass to
Trent Buenzli in the quarter.
Oak Ridge's most effective player was Wellman. The senior running back threw one touchdown and ran for three touchdowns. He has now scored six touchdowns on the season.
Sheldon's only touchdown came on a pass in the first quarter.
OR went into the matchup giving up only 16.7 points per game. The seven points that the Huskies ended with were well below their average of 26.0 coming into the game.
A 63-7 Oak Ridge victory was the result when the squads faced off last season.
