Basketball Recap: Red Lion Christian Academy Takes a Loss

Red Lion Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They had to suffer through a 78-44 loss at the hands of the St. Mark's Spartans. While losing is never fun, the Lions can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Delaware basketball rankings (they are ranked 52nd, while the Spartans are ranked fourth).

Red Lion Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 2-8. As for St. Mark's, they pushed their record up to 7-1 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season.

Red Lion Christian Academy has already played their next contest, a 55-32 loss against Delmarva Christian on the 25th. St. Mark's has also already played their next game (against St. Elizabeth), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
