South Walton never let their opponents score on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by  a  13-0 margin over the Paxton Bobcats. With that  victory, the Seahawks brought their scoring average up to 6.4  runs per game.
The team  relied heavily on  Zoey Kreinus, who  went 2-for-4 with one  home run, four  RBI,  and two  runs. Another player making a difference was  Tatum Kreinus, who  scored two  runs while going 2-for-4.
 Zoey wasn't the only one working in the  hit department: South Walton  kept the outfield on their toes and  finished the game with 13  hits. That's a new  trend for South Walton: they were averaging 5.6  hits per game earlier this season, but in their last 15 matches they've averaged 11.
South Walton has  been performing  well recently as they've  won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-5 record  this season. The  wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.8 runs on average over those games. Paxton dropped their record down to 4-3 with the  loss, which was their third straight  at home.
 Coming up, South Walton will host Holmes County  at 6:00  p.m.  on Thursday. Holmes County's pitching crew has only allowed 3.5  runs per game  this season, so South Walton's hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Paxton, they will venture away from home to  take on Ponce De Leon  at 6:00  p.m.  on Thursday.
