Basketball Recap: Anthony Andrews Takes a Loss

Anthony Andrews lost against Hogarth Kingeekuk Sr. Memorial last Friday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Sunday. The Anthony Andrews Storm had to suffer through a 115-68 loss at the hands of the Hogarth Kingeekuk Sr. Memorial Huskies. The Storm were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 57-33.

Hogarth Kingeekuk Sr. Memorial found their leader in sophomore Gavin Edwards, who posted 40 points. Edwards' evening made it seven games in a row in which he has scored at least 19 points.

Anthony Andrews has traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six matchups, which has put a noticeable dent in their 4-5 record this season. As for Hogarth Kingeekuk Sr. Memorial, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-3.

As of now, neither Anthony Andrews nor Hogarth Kingeekuk Sr. Memorial have any future games scheduled.
