Softball Recap: Liberty Comes Up Short

Liberty was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 18-3 to the Poinciana Eagles. That's two games in a row now that the Chargers have lost by exactly 15 runs.

Liberty's defeat dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Poinciana, their win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 6-8.

Coincidentally, Liberty and Poinciana will both be playing Celebration the next time they take the field. The Eagles will host the Storm at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Chargers will host them at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
