Baseball Recap: Rock Point Comes Up Short

Rock Point lost to Greyhills Academy on Monday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Cougars came up short against the Knights, falling 20-9. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Cougars have suffered against the Knights since April 12, 2016.

Rock Point's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Greyhills Academy, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-7.

Rock Point will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Northwest at 12:00 p.m. on April 11. As for Greyhills Academy, they will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against Many Farms at 1:00 p.m.
