Lewis waltzed into their game on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past Lake Clifton/Reach 8-6. This was payback for the Falcons, who suffered a 44-0 loss the last time these two teams met.
Lewis was led to victory by Micheal Neal and Brandon Crowder Jr. Neal rushed for 140 yards, while Crowder Jr rushed for 36 yards and a touchdown. Neal's rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 125 rushing yards.
Lewis wouldn't let Lake Clifton/Reach keep a hold of the ball as they managed to force two fumbles. Javion Meredith was the leader in that area as all came courtesy of his dominant performance.
