Basketball Recap: Celina Takes a Loss

After flying high against Aubrey last Friday, Celina came back down to earth. The Celina Bobcats were dealt a 75-40 defeat at the hands of the Panther Creek Panthers on Tuesday. The loss continues a trend for the Bobcats in their matchups with the Panthers: they've now lost six in a row.

Celina's defeat dropped their record down to 13-13. As for Panther Creek, the win was the 12th in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 20-6.

Celina has already played their next matchup (against Lake Dallas), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Panther Creek is taking a road trip to square off against Van Alstyne at 6:15 p.m. on Friday.
