Softball Recap: Linden-Kildare Victorious

Linden-Kildare won the last time they faced Harts Bluff and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Tigers walked away with a 14-10 win over the Bulldogs. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Tigers.

Linden-Kildare got a massive performance out of Oivia Stewart, who scored two runs and stole three bases while going 2-for-4. Those three stolen bases gave Stewart a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Lynlee Lejeune, who scored two runs and stole two bases while going 2-for-4.

Linden-Kildare's victory bumped their record up to 14-9. As for Harts Bluff, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost seven of their last eight contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-10 record this season.

Linden-Kildare will have a chance to go back-to-back against Harts Bluff: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
