Soccer Recap: Green Canyon Takes a Loss

After some red-hot attacks on offense in their last four matches, Green Canyon finally came back down to earth on Wednesday. They fell 2-0 to the Mountain Crest Mustangs. The loss continues a trend for Green Canyon in their meetings with Mountain Crest: they've now lost five in a row.

Green Canyon's defeat dropped their record down to 12-3. As for Mountain Crest, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 11-3.
