Basketball Recap: Centaurus Warriors vs. Holy Family Tigers
If Centaurus was feeling good fresh off their 59-17 takedown of Wheat Ridge last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Centaurus Warriors were beaten by the Holy Family Tigers 63-30 on Wednesday. The defeat continues a trend for the Warriors in their matchups with the Tigers: they've now lost seven in a row.
Centaurus lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Clara Halloran, who posted 12 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Ingrid Lorton, who almost dropped a double-double on nine points and 11 boards.

Centaurus has already played their next contest, a 47-36 defeat against Horizon on the 7th. As for Holy Family, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 45-33 win against Longmont on the 7th.
