The Jellico Blue Devils waltzed into their contest Tuesday with two straight wins but they left with three. They took their matchup at home with ease, bagging a 83-50 victory over Oakdale. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest win Jellico has managed all season.
Jellico had a senior duo take command as John Zecchini scored 23 points and Carson Bolton dropped a double-double on 18 points and ten assists. The match was Bolton's 11th in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Trey Vann, who scored ten points along with six rebounds.
Jellico pushed their record up to 6-7 with that win, which was their third straight at home. They've been dominating during the games in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 24 points. As for Oakdale, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-7.
