Volleyball Recap: Branson Gets the Win

Branson's tournament run continued when they took on Rogers on Saturday. The Pirates skirted past the Mountaineers 2-1.

Gigi McAdara paced Branson's offense, picking up 15 kills. McAdara got some help from Erinn Swofford and her 37 assists. Swofford was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.

Branson's victory bumped their record up to 16-10-6. As for Rogers, they now have a losing record of 11-12-2.

Branson wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-1 win against Camdenton on the 4th. As for Rogers, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against Joplin on the 6th.
