Rensselaer Central won against Glenn  on Saturday with 11  runs and they decided to stick to that  run total again  on Monday. The Bombers beat the Kouts Mustangs & Fillies by the very same score they won with in their prior game:  11-1. The result was nothing new for the Bombers, who have now won nine contests by seven  runs or more  so far this season.
 Kali Northcutt was a  major factor while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound,   striking out six batters over  five innings while giving up just one earned run off   two  hits (and not a single walk). Northcutt was also big at the plate,  going 2-for-3 with one  run, one  double,  and one  RBI.
 In other batting news,  Kami Davis was  incredible,  going 2-for-3 with three  runs, two  RBI,  and one  double. That's the most  RBI  she has posted  over her last nine  games. Another player making a difference was  Brynn Hannon, who  went 2-for-3 with two  runs and one  RBI.
 Rensselaer Central was getting hits left and right  and  finished the game having  posted a batting average of .458. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Kouts only posted a  batting average of  .158.
The  win was  the third in a row for Rensselaer Central, bringing their record up to 14-8. The  victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 9.7 runs over those games. As for Kouts,  they are  on  a  six-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 7-13.
 Rensselaer Central has  already played their next  match (against North White), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Kouts, they will challenge North Judson-San Pierre at 4:30  p.m.  on Friday. The Bluejays have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 7.32  runs per game on average), something the Mustangs & Fillies will no doubt try to take advantage of.
