Basketball Recap: Meadow Takes a Loss

Meadow was the 58-43 winner over O'Donnell when they last played one another back in November of 2022, but their luck changed this time around. The Meadow Broncos were dealt a 52-23 loss at the hands of the O'Donnell Eagles on Friday. The matchup marked the Broncos' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Meadow dropped their record down to 3-11 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight at home. As for O'Donnell, their win ended a five-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 5-6.

Meadow will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on West Texas T at 7:30 p.m. on January 3, 2025. As for O'Donnell, they will be taking part in a tournament against Westbrook at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
