Volleyball Game Preview: Lincoln-Sudbury Warriors vs. Concord-Carlisle Patriots

The Lincoln-Sudbury Warriors will square off against the Concord-Carlisle Patriots at 4:15 p.m. on Monday. Lincoln-Sudbury will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak.

On Friday, Lincoln-Sudbury earned a 3-1 victory over Algonquin Regional.

Lincoln-Sudbury had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 18-25, 25-16, 25-11, 25-13.

Meanwhile, Concord-Carlisle came up short against Acton-Boxborough on Friday and fell 3-1. The Patriots haven't had much luck with the Revolution recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Lincoln-Sudbury's win bumped their record up to 6-3. As for Concord-Carlisle, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-4.

Lincoln-Sudbury took their victory against Concord-Carlisle in their previous meeting back in September of 2024 by a conclusive 3-0 score. Will the Warriors repeat their success, or do the Patriots have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
