Soccer Game Recap: North Penn-Liberty vs. Galeton

North Penn-Liberty had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. Their defense stepped up to hand the Galeton Tigers a 3-0 shutout on Friday. The victory continues a trend for North Penn-Liberty in their matchups with Galeton: they've now won seven in a row.

DaviD Graf and Truman Loudenslager scored all three of North Penn-Liberty's goals, which were season-firsts for both players.

Galeton's loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Coming up, North Penn-Liberty will take on Williamson in a tournament on Saturday. As for Galeton, they will welcome Wellsboro at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
