Volleyball Recap: Liberty Center Tigers vs. Miller City Wildcats

Liberty Center lost against Miller City back in October of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Liberty Center Tigers fell just short of the Miller City Wildcats by a score of 3-2. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Liberty Center started the match hot and won the first two sets, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The match finished with set scores of 19-25, 25-27, 25-17, 25-16, 15-13.

Even though they lost, Liberty Center was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 11 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least six aces in five consecutive contests.
