Volleyball Recap: Dublin Jerome Has No Trouble Against Westland + How To Watch

Dublin Jerome saw some tournament action on Tuesday. They blew past the Westland Cougars 3-0.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Dublin Jerome was: they took every set by at least 17 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-7, 25-8, 25-7.

Audrey Taylor was the offensive standout of the contest as she had 16 assists and three aces. She has been hot for a while, having posted 15 or more assists the last 42 times she's played. Player #7 also deserves some recognition as she served her first aces of the season.

They weren't the only good servers: Dublin Jerome was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 17 aces. That's the most aces they've managed all season.

Dublin Jerome's win bumped their record up to 19-4. As for Westland, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost 11 of their last 13 matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-17 record this season.
