Chippewa has gone 10-0 against Hillsdale recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. Both will face off at 7:00 p.m. without much rest having both just played.

Chippewa is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering Archbishop Hoban just ended the team's five-game winning streak on Wednesday. They had to suffer through a 77-37 loss at the hands of the Knights. While losing is never fun, the Chipps can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 138th, while the Knights are ranked 22nd).

Meanwhile, Hillsdale posted their biggest victory since February 15, 2024 on Wednesday. Everything went their way against South Central as Hillsdale made off with a 47-26 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Falcons.

Chippewa's loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 9-7. As for Hillsdale, their victory ended a nine-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 4-12.

Everything came up roses for Chippewa against Hillsdale when the teams last played back in December of 2024, as the team secured a 56-12 win. Does Chippewa have another victory up their sleeve, or will Hillsdale turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
