Baseball Recap: Ooltewah Comes Up Short

Ooltewah fell victim to Bradley Central and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They came up short against the Bears, falling 10-0. The shutout was out of character for the Owls seeing as the last time the team failed to score was back in March.

Ooltewah has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-15 record this season. As for Bradley Central, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-18.

While Ooltewah had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
