Football Game Recap: Marist vs. West Hall

Marist were the big favorite in their most recent match, and for good reason. They were fully in charge on Friday, breezing past West Hall 51-14. That result was just more of the same for Marist, who also won the last time these teams played.

Marist's offense came in ready to rumble, picking up 38 points in the first half. Meanwhile, West Hall couldn't get anything going offensively, leaving the score at 38-0 heading into the break. Marist were outperformed in the second half 13-14 but had enough in reserve to walk away with the win.

Marist will take on Denmark at home at 7:30 PM next week. Marist will be strutting in after a win while Denmark will be stumbling in from a loss. As for West Hall, they will face off against White County. White County are limping into the matchup on a five-game losing streak.
