Riverside Academy waltzed into their contest on Thursday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They came out on top against the Mangham Dragons by a score of 6-3. While the Rebels didn't have the best season last year (they finished 9-20-1), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Riverside Academy's win was truly a team effort as six different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Ayden Bullock, who scored two runs while going 2-for-3.

Riverside Academy's victory bumped their record up to 9-1. As for Mangham, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Riverside Academy will head out to challenge Cedar Creek at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Mangham, they will venture away from home to face off against Family Community Christian at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
