After a string of three wins, Fulton's good fortune finally ran out on Thursday. They took a 5-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Jamesville-DeWitt Red Rams. The matchup marked the Red Raiders' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Fulton saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Bailey Frost, who went 2-for-3 with one double and one RBI.

Fulton's loss dropped their record down to 9-2. As for Jamesville-DeWitt, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-6 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Fulton will welcome Oswego at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Jamesville-DeWitt, they will look to defend their home field on Friday against Auburn at 4:30 p.m.
