Basketball Game Preview: South Dade Buccaneers vs. True North Classical Academy Titans

The South Dade Buccaneers will head out to challenge the True North Classical Academy Titans at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Having struggled with three losses in a row, South Dade turned things around against American on Wednesday. They came out on top against the Patriots by a score of 43-35.

South Dade got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Justice Sheppard out in front who dropped a double-double on ten points and 12 rebounds. With that strong performance, Sheppard is now averaging an impressive 8.2 boards per game. Lapatra Warren was another key player, dropping a double-double on 13 points and 11 rebounds.

True North Classical Academy meant business on Thursday, getting buckets from all over the court against a Stallions squad that has allowed just 25.09 points per contest. True North Classical Academy strolled past Somerset Academy (Silver Palms) with points to spare, taking the game 63-45.

True North Classical Academy's record is now 7-2. As for South Dade, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-8.
