Soccer Game Preview: Peak to Peak vs. The Academy

The Peak to Peak Pumas will take on The Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Peak to Peak's last nine matchups have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

Peak to Peak's defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Thursday. They had just enough and edged out Eagle Ridge Academy 1-0. Andrew Perczak had the honor of scoring the game-winner for Peak to Peak.

Meanwhile, neither The Academy nor Forge Christian could gain the upper hand on Thursday so the two teams had to settle for a 0-0 draw.

The Academy's draw makes their record 8-3-3 this season. As for Peak to Peak, their win bumped their record up to 6-1-5.

Peak to Peak came out on top in a nail-biter against The Academy in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, sneaking past 1-0. Do the Pumas have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Wildcats turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
