Football Recap: Lakeview Academy Lions vs. Towns County Indians
Lakeview Academy put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They breezed by the Towns County Indians at home to the tune of 42-0. Fans of the Lions have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season has ended in a blowout of 20+ point.
Kyari Burch had an outrageously good game as he threw for 209 yards and three touchdowns on only 16 passes, and also rushed for 57 yards. Jace Forrest also deserves a mention for his punt return touchdown.
Lakeview Academy's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Towns County, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1.
Lakeview Academy will venture away from home to take on Piedmont Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Towns County, they will host Greenville H at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
