Basketball Game Preview: Tishomingo County Braves vs. Choctaw Central Warriors

The Tishomingo County Braves will venture away from home to take on the Choctaw Central Warriors at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Choctaw Central took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Tishomingo County, who comes in off a win.

Tishomingo County will bounce into Tuesday's contest after beating Shannon, who they had gone 2-7 against in their nine prior meetings. Everything went Tishomingo County's way against Shannon on Friday as Tishomingo County made off with a 56-36 win.

Meanwhile, Choctaw Central was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Friday as they fell 66-60 to Leake Central.

Tishomingo County has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 21-10 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.5 points over those games. As for Choctaw Central, their defeat dropped their record down to 15-12.
