Kemmerer barely beat Wind River the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Rangers blew past the Cougars 3-0 on Friday. The victory continues a trend for the Rangers in their matchups with the Cougars: they've now won six in a row.

Leading Kemmerer to victory were Brinley Backman and Ashlyn Riding. Backman had nine digs and two aces, while Riding had 11 digs and one assist. Riding is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 11 or more in each of the last four games she's played.

They weren't the only good servers: Kemmerer was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 12 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least nine aces in four consecutive contests.

Kemmerer's win bumped their record up to 6-28. As for Wind River, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-21.

Kemmerer wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Rocky Mountain on the 1st. Wind River does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
