Basketball Recap: Susquehanna Valley Takes a Loss

If Susquehanna Valley was feeling good fresh off their 69-41 takedown of Sidney last Wednesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Susquehanna Valley Sabers fell 46-37 to the Chenango Forks Blue Devils on Sunday. The Sabers were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Blue Devils earlier this season, when they won 54-37.

Susquehanna Valley's defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 14-5. As for Chenango Forks, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 11 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-5 record this season.

As of now, neither Susquehanna Valley nor Chenango Forks have any future games scheduled.
