Flag Football Recap: Carlmont Takes a Loss

Carlmont entered their game against Aragon on Wednesday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Scots took a 20-13 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Dons. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as the Scots came into the matchup with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' California flag football rankings (they are ranked 45th, while the Dons are ranked 239th).

The defeat was their first at home , dropping their record down to 11-4. As for Aragon, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 6-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Carlmont will venture away from home to take on Sequoia at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Aragon, they will head out to challenge Hillsdale at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
