It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Santa Fe Christian had no problem doing just that on Friday. They took down the Scripps Ranch Falcons 34-20. The victory was just business as usual for the Eagles, who after 12 games remain undefeated this season.

Santa Fe Christian's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Dax Labrum led the charge by throwing for 226 yards and three TDs. That's the most passing touchdowns Labrum has posted since back in September. Brady Berg also helped with two scores in total.

Santa Fe Christian didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as Berg, Owen Baker, and Brody Caffrey picked up one apiece. Caffrey got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

Santa Fe Christian's record now sits at 12-0. As for Scripps Ranch, their loss dropped their record down to 7-6.

Coming up, Santa Fe Christian will face off against Steele Canyon at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Scripps Ranch does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
