Basketball Recap: Snyder Comes Up Short

Snyder came into their game on Friday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They were dealt a 47-15 loss at the hands of the Thomas-Fay-Custer Terriers. While losing is never fun, the Cyclones can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Oklahoma basketball rankings (they are ranked 370th, while the Terriers are ranked 95th).

Snyder's defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 8-17. As for Thomas-Fay-Custer, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-7 record this season.

Snyder does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Thomas-Fay-Custer, they have already played their next game, a 46-27 victory against Hydro-Eakly on the 21st.
