Basketball Recap: Northglenn Takes a Loss

Northglenn lost against Mountain Range on January 7th and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Northglenn Norsemen fell to the Mountain Range Mustangs 55-51.

Mountain Range got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Delilah Lucero out in front who went 8 of 15 en route to 17 points and seven rebounds. Another player making a difference was Camila Jimenez, who posted six points in addition to ten boards and six assists.

Northglenn has traveled a rocky road recently having lost seven of their last nine contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-8 record this season. As for Mountain Range, the victory got them back to even at 8-8.

Northglenn has already played their next matchup, a 79-16 loss against Riverdale Ridge on the 28th. As for Mountain Range, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 47-43 win against Westminster on the 28th.
