Baseball Game Preview: Life Waxahachie Mustangs vs. Lindale Eagles

The Life Waxahachie Mustangs will take on the Lindale Eagles on Saturday. The two teams each escaped (but just barely!) with wins against their previous opponents.

Life Waxahachie is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Thursday. They beat Celina by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 6-5. Winning may never get old, but the Mustangs sure are getting used to it with their sixth in a row.

Meanwhile, Lindale had just enough and edged out Sulphur Springs 3-1 on Thursday.

Life Waxahachie's win bumped their record up to 18-8-2. As for Lindale, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 24-7-1 record this season.
