Softball Recap: Rio Hondo Falls Short of Bishop in the Playoffs

Rio Hondo and Bishop squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Rio Hondo had to settle for second. They lost 11-0 to the Badgers. Considering the last time the Bobcats couldn't score was back in March, the team can't take the result too hard.

Rio Hondo's loss dropped their record down to 8-13. As for Bishop, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 15 of their last 16 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 25-7 record this season.

As of now, neither Rio Hondo nor Bishop have any future games scheduled.
