Softball Recap: Lincoln County Continues Road Dominance on Friday

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lincoln County). Everything went their way against the White Pine Bobcats on Friday as Lincoln County made off with an 18-8 victory. The win was some much needed relief for the Lynx as it spelled an end to their five-game losing streak.

Lincoln County's victory was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 5-5. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 15.3 runs over those games. As for White Pine, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-8.
