Basketball Recap: Vinemont Takes a Loss

Vinemont and Lauderdale County squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Vinemont had to settle for second. They took a 50-43 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lauderdale County Tigers. The Eagles just can't catch a break and have now endured three defeats in a row.

Vinemont's loss dropped their record down to 22-8. As for Lauderdale County, the victory (which was their 15th in a row) raised their record to 27-1.

As of now, neither Vinemont nor Lauderdale County have any future games scheduled.
