Football Recap: Kadoka Falls Despite Big Games from Karson Eisenbraun and Kole Hermann

Kadoka was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They received a blow as they fell 31-14 to the Philip Scotties. The Kougars lost against the Scotties in their previous head to head back in September of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was much closer than the 58-20 score last time.

Kadoka's loss came despite strong showings from Kole Hermann and Karson Eisenbraun. Hermann gained 182 total yards and a touchdown, while Eisenbraun rushed for 36 yards and one touchdown.

Kadoka's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Philip, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-1.

Kadoka wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 40-14 victory against New Underwood on the 26th. As for Philip, they have also already played their next contest, a 51-0 win against Jones County on the 26th.
