Clarinda lost to Tri-Center back in January of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Thursday. Everything went the Clarinda Cardinals' way against the Tri-Center Trojans as the Clarinda Cardinals made off with a 57-31 win. The Cardinals have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six contests by 26 points or more this season.

The victory got Clarinda back to even at 9-9. As for Tri-Center, their defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 4-11.
