Football Recap: Ashwaubenon Skates Past Appleton West with Ease

Ashwaubenon won the last time they faced Appleton West and things went their way on Friday too. The Jaguars breezed past the Terrors to the tune of 37-8. Given the Jaguars' advantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin football rankings (they are ranked 113th, while the Terrors are ranked 228th) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.

Ashwaubenon now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Appleton West, their loss was their first of the season and also makes their record 2-1.

Meanwhile, Appleton West will square off against rival Bay Port at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. This will be the Terrors' first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
