Soccer Recap: Fletcher Find Success

Fletcher kept a clean sheet against Sandalwood on Wednesday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Sandalwood Saints 1-0. The Senators' winning goal came courtesy of Noah Romyanond.

Fletcher has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a massive bump to their 6-7-2 record this season. As for Sandalwood, their loss dropped their record down to 9-3-1.

Fletcher didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 1-0 defeat against Ponte Vedra on the 17th. As for Sandalwood, they will challenge Flagler Palm Coast at 7:00 p.m. on January 23rd. Flagler Palm Coast's last three matchups have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
