Basketball Game Preview: Timothy Christian Trojans vs. Joliet Catholic Hilltoppers

The Timothy Christian Trojans will head out to face off against the Joliet Catholic Hilltoppers at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Timothy Christian is coming into the matchup on a six-game losing streak.

Last Friday, Timothy Christian lost to Wheaton Academy on the road by a 59-42 margin. While losing is never fun, the Trojans can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Illinois basketball rankings (they are ranked 469th, while the Warriors are ranked 114th).

Meanwhile, Joliet Catholic was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They were dealt an 83-49 defeat at the hands of Lincoln-Way West.

Timothy Christian's loss dropped their record down to 8-19. As for Joliet Catholic, they now have a losing record of 13-14.
