Volleyball Recap: Campbell County Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Campbell County lost against Laramie back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Camels fell 3-1 to the Plainsmen. The Camels have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 20-25, 25-12, 25-12.

Kinley Ruby paced Campbell County's offense, picking up 11 kills. Ruby got some help from Jaedyn Williams and her 13 assists. Ruby also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Madison Fischer, each putting up two.

Campbell County's defeat dropped their record down to 11-15. As for Laramie, the victory was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 24-3.

Campbell County didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Thunder Basin on the 23rd. As for Laramie, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Central on the 22nd.
