Volleyball Recap: Kavi Kerr Key Part of Team Effort in Crusaders Win

Grace Christian's game on Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. Everything went their way against the Central Carolina Academy Eagles as they made off with a 3-0 win.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Grace Christian was: they took every set by at least 13 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-12, 25-12.

Grace Christian's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Kavi Kerr, who had four digs and four aces. Those four digs gave Kerr a new career-high. Rylee Molina also deserves some recognition as she served her first ace of the season.

They weren't the only good server: Grace Christian was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 26 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least six aces in six consecutive games.
