Soccer Recap: Lamar Comes Up Short

After soaring to four goals the game before, Lamar was a bit more limited in their matchup on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Arlington Colts by a score of 1-0. The contest was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but the Vikings couldn't quite close it out.

Lamar's defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 10-6. As for Arlington, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-1.

Coming up, Lamar will host Bowie at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Arlington, they will head out to challenge Martin at 8:00 p.m. on March 11th.
