Windsor has gone 6-1 against Bristol Central recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Warriors are packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game of the season: they will face off against the Rams at 7:00 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Windsor has three straight victories, Bristol Central has four straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the field.

Windsor is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Connecticut's top teams: Newtown, who was ranked 15th at the time (Windsor was ranked 14th). The Warriors came out on top in a nail-biter against the Nighthawks on Friday, sneaking past 34-31.

Meanwhile, after soaring to 37 points the game before, Bristol Central was a bit more limited in their contest on Friday. They were dealt a 40-12 loss at the hands of North Haven. The Rams were down 27-6 at the end of the third quarter, and things only got worse from there.

Bristol Central's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Windsor, their win bumped their record up to 3-0.

Everything came up roses for Windsor against Bristol Central in their previous meeting back in September of 2023, as the team secured a 43-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Warriors since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
