Soccer Recap: Mapleton Gets the Win

After failing to score in their last matchup, Mapleton made sure to put some goals up on the board against Northwestern on Wednesday. They blew past the Huskies 6-0. Considering Mapleton's offense had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

They hit Northwestern with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Kenzie Hellickson (3), Audrey Hellickson (2), and Khloe Hardesty.

Mapleton's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Northwestern, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.
